Vinaigrette... by B. Caputo

* 2 tbsp of Nathalie's mustard

* 1/4 cup olive oil

* 3 tbsp white balsamic vinegar

* 1 tsp of oregano or basil

* 2 fresh garlic cloves

* salt and pepper to taste

* 2 tbsp of Nathalie's mustard

* 1.5 lbs fresh green beans, cleaned ends snapped

* 2 tbsp Nathalie's Mustard

* 2 tbsp olive oil

* 1 tsp kosher salt

* 1/2 tsp black pepper

Put green beans in large bowl.  Mix olive oil and mustard, pour over beans and toss until they are well coated.  Place on large sheet pan and spread out evenly.  Sprinkle with salt and pepper.  Roast in preheated oven at 400 degrees for about 20 min or until starting to brown.

Sandwiches

This mustard is the solution to a perfect sandwich.  Enjoy with ham, turkey, veggie and many more combinations.

Mustard Fish Coating... By S. Thompson

* place salmon or any fish in foil

* coat with Nathalie's mustard

* add 3 tbsp of teriyaki glaze 

* add herbes de provence or you favorite spice

* tent foil and grill

* 1 tbsp Nathalie's mustard

* 1/3 cup orange marmalade

* mix well - glaze for chicken, salmon, pork or shrimp

* (1 to 2 tbsp Nathalie's mustard more or less to your taste)

Baked Chicken... By A. Crumbley

* 1 tbsp Nathalie's mustard

* 1/2 cup lemon juice

* 1 cup olive oil

* 1 tsp pepper & salt

* mix first two ingredients with whisk

* add olive oil slowly 

* keep refrigerated... wonderful on all salads

* (1 to 2 tbsp Nathalie's mustard more or less to your taste)

Saute Shrimp... By A. Crumbley

* 2 tbsp of butter

* 2 tbsp of Nathalie's mustard

* 1 clove of garlic

* 1 lb shrimp

* cook butter, mustard and garlic in skillet

* add shrimp

Serve over past or rice

Ham with Sweet Bourbon Mustard

* 1/3 cup of Nathalie's mustard

* 1/2 cup bourbon

* mix all

* pour on ham.. bake 15 min/per lb at 375 degrees

* bast ham occasionally

Crab Cakes
  1. Preheat oven broiler.

  2. Mix together crabmeat, 1/2 cup bread crumbs, parsley, salt and pepper.

  3. Beat together 1 egg, 1 tbsp mayonnaise, dash hot sauce and 2 tbsp Mustard by Nathalie. Combine with other ingredients and mix well. Form into patties and place on a lightly greased broiler pan or baking sheet.

  4. Broil for 10 to 15 minutes, until lightly brown.

  3. Beat together 1 egg, 1 tbsp mayonnaise, dash hot sauce and 2 tbsp Mustard by Nathalie. Combine with other ingredients and mix well. Form into patties and place on a lightly greased broiler pan or baking sheet.

  4. Broil for 10 to 15 minutes, until lightly brown.

* melt together with pepper

* place chicken in greased baking dish

* pour sauce over the chicken

* bake for 45 min at 375 degrees... basting frequently

Pork Tenderloin... Lamb or Veal Chops

* 3 tbsp of Nathalie's mustard

* 2 tbsp of butter

* 1 tsp of rosemary

* 1 tsp of garlic powder

* melt and combine as a glaze

* pour over meat

* bake 40 min at 375 degrees

I used to grill but much juicer in the oven

Pub Chicken -By A. Schirmer
  1. 6 chicken breasts filet

  2. 3 tbsp Mustard by Nathalie

  3. 1 garlic clove

  4. 1 stick butter

  5. 1/3 cup parsley

  6. 1 cup Parmesan (grated)

  7. 2 cups bread crumbs or Panko

  8. Melt butter, add garlic and mustard. Mix parsley, cheese and bread crumbs/Panko.  Pour excess butter over chicken.  Bake at 350 for 25 minutes.  Time varies with thickness of chicken

Thanksgiving Turkey or Ham

This mustard is a great addition to a Thanksgiving feast.

Shrimp Appetizer - By B. Caputo
  1. Rice crackers.

  2. Thin layer of Mustard by Nathalie

  3. Add 1 slice of mini cucumber.

  4. Add a cooked shrimp.

  5. Finish with lemon and pepper.

Meat Loaf - K. Kremer
  1. 1/2 cup chopped fresh mushrooms

  2. 1/2 cup shredded 1 carrot

  3. 1/3 cup chopped onion

  4. 2 cloves garlic minced

  5. 2 eggs beaten

  6. 1/2 cup milk

  7. 3 tbsp Mustard by Nathalie

  8. 1 tbsp Worcestershire

  9. 1 cup bread crumbs

  10. 1 lb ground beef

  11. 1 lb ground sirloin

  12. Saute first 4 ingredients

  13. Mix the other ingredients

  14. Add beef

  15. Bake 350 degrees for 25 min

  1. Hawaiian rolls

  2. Ham of choice

  3. Swiss cheese

  5. Cover with foil

  6. Bake 10-15 min at 350 degrees
